DEPOSIT TAKEN FOR CUSTOM ART

Due to the cost of materials and the time put into each art piece, you will be required to pay a deposit before works start for ALL custom art. You will be required to pay 50% of the final price which is non-refundable.

REFUNDS

For custom art creations, if you are unhappy with result in person. You will only be refunded 50% of the second half payment. E.g. if order was £100. You already paid £50 deposit (50%). Then paid remaining fee of £50 before order shipped. If you receive order and not satisfied, I would refund £25 in this situation.

For digital prints (incl custom digital prints) there is no refunds. This is because digital creation are given a full preview before final product, which gives customers the opportunity to make final changes.

For the Christian bible verse calendar, “God’s child” mug and inspirational notebook full refunds are available depending on the condition of product and reason for return.

RETURNS

Ksartique want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. This applies for the Christian bible verse calendar, “God’s child” mug and inspirational notebook ONLY. The return details should be detailed on the shipping label.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-returnable items: Personalized products, framed art, and clearance items.
Process: Contact us at [email] with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll provide return instructions.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds: Once your return is approved and processed, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If the above products are damaged on arrival, please report to ksartique within 48 hours with photos.

For custom art, there is no returns.

CUSTOM ART

Once you have ordered and paid deposit, please allow up to 4 weeks for completion.

If for whatever reason I feel like it will take longer, you will be informed before deposit is taken.

For custom artwork , go onto the contact page and fill out the form. This will send all your enquiry details to me via email. I aim to respond within 48hrs.

If you want a ready made digital art canvas, click on relevant variants and add to basket then make payment. I will receive order and let you know once it has been shipped.

For all other products sold on website, simply chose product and variant (if applicable) then add to cart. When you are ready to complete your order, click on the cart logo in top right corner and follow the checkout procedure.

For ready made digital prints, delivery is up to 10 working days.

For custom made artwork and custom digital canvases, please allow up to 4 weeks for completion of work and delivery. Please bare in mind that if multiple amendments are made, the time of completion + delivery will vary.

For custom artwork, you will have up to 48hrs after ordering and paying deposit, to make any amendments. After this time, your order would have started and cannot be amended unfortunately.

For custom digital art prints, you will receive a watermarked copy once completed. You will be able to make amendments before finalising the design.

For all custom art you are give a grace period 48hrs to cancel your order. After this time, your order would have been started.

Please bare in mind that once the deposit is paid this is non-refundable as materials would have been ordered straight away. I would kindly suggest reviewing your order before any payment is made ,to avoid any disappointment.

Every custom art piece I sell, I would love to receive an image of the client with it. Doing this really helps KsArtique and gives new clients more confidence to place orders with us.

If you are not comfortable having your image featured on my platforms for marketing, you can send over an image of just your hands holding the art piece.
